PLAGIARISM POLICY

The As Sunni Journal is committed to maintaining academic integrity and upholding the ethics of scientific publication. Therefore, every manuscript submitted will go through a similarity check process using plagiarism detection software, such as Turnitin or similar applications.

Submitted manuscripts must have a maximum similarity index of 25%, keeping in mind that proper citations, the reference list, and sections excluded in the software settings are not considered plagiarism. If the check shows a similarity level exceeding the set limit, the manuscript will be returned to the author for revision before it can be processed further.

Reference Management

The As Sunni Journal requires authors to use reference management applications, such as Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote, or similar apps, to ensure consistency in citations and the reference list. All in-text citations and the reference list must be formatted according to the American Psychological Association (APA) Style, 7th Edition.
